HJ Staffing is a trusted provider of staffing solutions, offering temporary and direct placement services across various industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Cost Support Administrator to assist with project cost management and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate purchase requisitions and create detailed reports in QuickBooks.
  • Input service entries set up projects, and maintain WBS codes using SAP.
  • Prepare, process, and distribute daily invoices.
  • Track project accruals and develop reporting for cost leads.
  • Prepare monthly project summary reports using SAP and Excel.
  • Maintain project logs and expedited invoices, managing up to 50 daily.
  • Process vendor change orders and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in project cost management and invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • 2+ years in an administrative or cost support role (Required).
