Project Cost Support Administrator
HJ Staffing is a trusted provider of staffing solutions, offering temporary and direct placement services across various industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Cost Support Administrator to assist with project cost management and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate purchase requisitions and create detailed reports in QuickBooks.
- Input service entries set up projects, and maintain WBS codes using SAP.
- Prepare, process, and distribute daily invoices.
- Track project accruals and develop reporting for cost leads.
- Prepare monthly project summary reports using SAP and Excel.
- Maintain project logs and expedited invoices, managing up to 50 daily.
- Process vendor change orders and ensure proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in project cost management and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
- 2+ years in an administrative or cost support role (Required).
