We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead the clinical team at the our client's facility in Eagle Lake, ensuring high-quality care for unaccompanied minors. Your role will include overseeing clinical services, providing training and supervision to clinicians, and maintaining compliance with federal and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train clinicians and staff.
- Monitor caseloads to ensure compliance (1 Clinician per 12 minors).
- Conduct intake assessments and manage a small caseload when necessary.
- Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ORR standards.
- Guide clinicians on collaboration with Case Managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct file audits and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience and supervisory experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Ability to pass annual TB tests, drug screenings, and criminal history checks.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Travel availability for emergencies as needed.
