We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead the clinical team at the our client's facility in Eagle Lake, ensuring high-quality care for unaccompanied minors. Your role will include overseeing clinical services, providing training and supervision to clinicians, and maintaining compliance with federal and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train clinicians and staff.
  • Monitor caseloads to ensure compliance (1 Clinician per 12 minors).
  • Conduct intake assessments and manage a small caseload when necessary.
  • Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ORR standards.
  • Guide clinicians on collaboration with Case Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct file audits and participate in treatment team meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience and supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to pass annual TB tests, drug screenings, and criminal history checks.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Travel availability for emergencies as needed.
