We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of event staff. The event staff is responsible for working under the instructions of an event manager, assuming the role of ticket taker, welcoming guests, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties.
Moreover, event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.
Staff needed for:
Event 1: October 16, 2024, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm,
Location: Downtown Houston
Dress Code: Black professional attire (black shoes, black button down or blouse, black slacks, no fragrances)
Those selected for October 16th will be considered for the event from November 20-23, 2024:
Event 2:
November 20: Registration (3:00pm - 6:00pm) and Bag Stuffing (9:30am - 2:00pm)
November 21: Registration (6:30am - 5:00pm), Registration & Lunch Tickets (7:00am - 2:00pm)
November 22: Registration (6:00am - 5:00pm), Registration & Lunch Tickets (6:30am - 2:00pm)
November 23: Registration (6:30am - 2:00pm), Registration & Lunch Tickets (6:30am - 2:00pm)
