HJ Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated QNXT Program Manager to lead the full implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the end-to-end project execution, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment. Candidates with a strong background in California D-SNP (Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans) and payer operations are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3, managing the project lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.
Align cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.
Monitor scope, manage change requests, and address risks and issues proactively.
Ensure QNXT configuration and integration support business and compliance needs.
Develop detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates.
Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and regulatory standards.
Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Serve as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.

What you will Bring:

5+ years of hands-on QNXT experience, including configuration and implementation projects (preferably with version 6.0 R3).
In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer operations—claims, provider data, enrollment, and encounter data.
Direct experience supporting California D-SNP programs.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare IT projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP or similar certification (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
