We’re seeking a detail-oriented PDS Coordinator to support our project management team. You’ll manage project schedules, coordinate resources, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables within deadlines and budgets. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while fostering team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and coordinate projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Communicate plans, actions, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Support contract management by tracking agreements and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze data for progress reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
