About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinician who provides professional therapeutic services to unaccompanied minors in a shelter setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and progress of children under the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services.
  • Screen minors for human trafficking concerns upon arrival.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Treatment Teams for updates and progress reports.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Eligible for licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to pass annual TB tests, drug screenings, and criminal history checks.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Travel availability for emergencies as needed.
