Job Description:
As a Corporate Gifts Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying their promotional product needs, and providing creative solutions to enhance their brand image. You will work closely with clients to offer personalized gift recommendations and ensure timely delivery of customized products that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate promotional products and corporate gifts.
  • Provide creative and tailored merchandise solutions that align with the clients' branding and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality products and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through to order processing, production, and delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by following up on orders, ensuring product satisfaction, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and innovations in the corporate gifting and promotional merchandise space.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the promotional products, corporate gifting, or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding and promotional merchandise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and customized solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
