We are hiring a forward-thinking GenAI ML Engineer to help build and scale intelligent applications in the healthcare space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using GCP Vertex AI for healthcare-specific applications

  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model output with external context

  • Develop agentic AI systems capable of executing tasks autonomously through structured frameworks

  • Fine-tune and customize foundation models (e.g., Gemini, PaLM) for Medicare Advantage and CMS-aligned solutions

  • Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques (prompt tuning, few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.)

  • Collaborate with domain experts to ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare regulatory standards

  • Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and maintain structured documentation in Confluence

  • Ensure system reliability, data privacy, and alignment with enterprise and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in GenAI/ML engineering or applied AI development

  • Proficiency in Python and common GenAI frameworks such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs

  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, agentic AI, and LLM customization

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools, especially Vertex AI and BigQuery

  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering and LLM performance optimization

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence

  • Exposure to healthcare datasets, Medicare Advantage, and CMS compliance frameworks
