Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples via venipuncture and skin puncture
Accurately label and prepare specimens for lab analysis
Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and ease concerns
Follow proper protocols for infection control and patient safety
Enter documentation in the electronic medical records system
Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient-centered care

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Certification from an accredited phlebotomy program
Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
1+ year of inpatient hospital or clinical phlebotomy experience
Ability to work flexible schedules (weekends, evenings, holidays)
